OUR STORY

Peppers Hair & Beauty Boutique was born in 2001 out of a pure love for the craft.

Founded by Pepper Prendergast, the salon was the fulfillment of a lifelong dream to create a dedicated space where beauty and care go hand-in-hand.

For over two decades, we have remained anchored in that original vision: providing a kind, personalized experience where every client leaves feeling like their truest, best self.

A NEW CHAPTER

Today, the Peppers legacy continues under the ownership of Kim Dawson. A long-time Napier local with years of experience in the industry, Kim understands the unique rhythm of our coastal community.

Having spent her career perfecting her craft right here in Aotearoa, Kim combines professional expertise with the warm, boutique atmosphere that has made Peppers a Dalton Street staple.
